Anarchist Reading Circle

In solidarity with everyone in need of inspiring interaction in this time of the COVID-19 crisis, we are making all seminars and groups online and FREE.

Anarchist Reading Circle

Next meeting: Thursday, March 26
Time: 6pm EST
Place: Online, for the duration of the COVID-19 crisis. A Zoom link will be sent on registration.

As a form of socialism, anarchism begins with the premise that we’re all in this together! Moreover, contrary to its public perception as offering at best puerile reflections on society and life, anarchism has actually produced a remarkable body of sophisticated theory. Much of this is surprisingly relevant to our contemporary world. In this circle, we read and discuss both classical and contemporary anarchist literature.

We are currently reading Ruth Kinna’s Anarchism: A Beginner’s Guide.

Registration: To participate, please fill out the registration form (ignore the questions about payment).  A Zoom link will be sent on registration.
: Free. For those of you able to pitch in for expenses, please consider making a donation of $10 or more. You can “buy” multiple $10s by entering the corresponding number into the box. For example, 2 = $20, etc.
