🜃 Wilding (Non)Therapy
Jon Hook
The end is already here.
The machine—a rattling mess chugging on fumes.
(No wonder your chest hurts.)
Phase I: Separation
Step Outside.
Refuse the script.
Walk offstage.
No diagnosis. No fixing. No ascent.
Just a quiet exit from the farce.
Suspension
Drop your roles.
Let structure collapse.
Stand still in the unknowing.
Neither this nor that.
Only the stark air of freedom.
Phase II: Liminality
Betwixt and Between
You’re in the crack between worlds.
Not what you were. Not yet something else.
The system’s grip slips here.
No rules. No hierarchy. No name.
Devastation
Let it fall apart.
The mask, the grind, the lie of becoming.
Grief is initiation.
Rage is clarity.
Disorientation is sacred.
Immanence
There is no gap to bridge.
The real is not hidden.
You are standing in it.
You always were.
Let that ruin you.
Play
Play like a weapon.
Mock the order. Desecrate their ladder.
Spit on optimization.
Make games out of ruins.
Break things. Laugh loud.
Live like the world already ended—
because it did.
Phase III: Reaggregation
Spontaneous Destiny
Don’t go back.
Don’t improve.
Don’t emerge.
Go on forgetting.
What Emerges Is reWilding
Unrepentant. Undomesticated.
⟶ Growth by rot
⟶ Joy by despair
⟶ Creation by theft
⟶ Life by death
